Vrly Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Vrly website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Use of Services
You agree to use Vrly services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.
You are responsible for how you use the platform, including communications sent through SMS, email, video, or other messaging tools.
Communications and Consent
By providing contact information and opting in where required, you consent to receive communications from Vrly via email, SMS, or other electronic means.
SMS communications may include service related messages and promotional content when you have opted in.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Help is available by replying HELP.
No Guarantee of Results
Vrly provides tools, software, and services designed to support marketing and communication efforts. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, revenue increases, or lead generation results.
Platform Availability
Vrly strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error free operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Fees and Billing
Fees for Vrly services are disclosed separately through subscriptions, service agreements, or invoices. All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Intellectual Property
All Vrly software, trademarks, branding, and proprietary materials are owned by Vrly and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or distributed without permission.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vrly services to:
Send unlawful, misleading, or deceptive communications
Violate SMS, email, or advertising regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious or harmful content
Vrly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vrly from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your communications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vrly’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vrly in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Vrly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Vrly may suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Nebraska.
Modifications
Vrly may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
